NASIL KATKIDA BULUNACAKSINIZ
Bu roldeki temel sorumluluklar:
- Paydaş ekosistemini anlayarak kişiselleştirilmiş destek sunmak
- Paydaşlara en yüksek değeri sağlayacak etkileşim kanallarını stratejik seçmek ve proaktif planlamak
- Verilerden yararlanarak içgörü geliştirmek
- Sağlık çalışanları ile iletişimde dijital ve analitik araçları etkin kullanmak
- Uzaktan teknolojiler ile değer önerileri sunmak
- Paydaş ve kurum dinamiklerini anlayarak ortak gündem oluşturmak
- Geri bildirimleri iletişim süreçlerine entegre etmek
- Kurumların karar mekanizmalarını analiz etmek
- Paydaş ihtiyaçlarını anlamak için veri odaklı sorular sormak
- Hikaye, örnek ve deneyimleri hasta ihtiyaçları ile ilişkilendirerek paylaşmak
- Fonksiyonlar arası bakış açısıyla uyumlu etkileşim sağlamak
- Bilim temelli iletişim ile ürün ötesi değer yaratmak
- Hasta yolculuğu perspektifi ile güvenilir bilgi kaynağı olmak
