AMACIMIZ
Pfizer Türkiye Onkoloji İş Birimi Hematoloji Takımı olarak dünya genelinde kanser hastalarının yaşamlarını iyileştirmek için yenilikçi tedavi seçeneklerini keşfediyor, araştırıyor ve geliştiriyoruz. Kanserle mücadele eden herkesle el ele yürüyoruz. Pfizer Türkiye Onkoloji İş Birimi Hematoloji Takımı iş modeli, tedavilerimizle, insan kaynağımızla, iş birliklerimizle, hasta ve hasta yakınlarına dokunabilen farkındalık projelerimizle hastaların hayatını değiştirmeye odaklanmayı esas alır.
NASIL KATKIDA BULUNACAKSINIZ
Bu roldeki temel sorumluluklar şunları içerir:
•Bireysel Bölge'sini sonuçlar, potansiyel ve kaynaklar olarak analiz eder
•Belirlenen müşteri içgörülerine yönelik değer katacak çözüm ve projeleri planlar/ uygular
•Projelerinde kaynak ve zaman yönetimini etkili şekilde gerçekleştirir
•Kaynaklarını iş hedefleri ve müşteri iç görüleriyle örtüştürerek kullanır
•Müşteri ve gerekli diğer tüm paydaşların yönetimini etkili şekilde gerçekleştirir
•Tanımlı bölgesinde detailing, hedefleme ve segmentasyonu üst düzeyde uygulayarak kilitkurum ve müşterilerini dahil edecek şekilde iş planı geliştirir
•İş modelinin geliştirilmesi için farklı fikirler, sistemler geliştirilmesinde aktif rol alır
•Fikir lideri ilişkilerinin geliştirilmesi ve yürütülmesini destekler
•Kilit kurumların ve hekimlerin belirlenmesi ve ilişkilerin geliştirilmesini destekler
•Hibrit çalışma modelini uygulayarak dijital kanallardan da müşterilerine ulaşır
•Ulusal Stratejilerin Bireysel Bölge ihtiyaçlarına yönelik hayata geçirilmesi
•Kurum ve hekim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi, içgörülerinin ortaya çıkarılması ve yapılacak tümiletişim/projelerde hekim odaklı yaklaşımın sergilenmesi konusunda destek olur
•Belirlenen müşteri içgörülerine yönelik değer katacak çözüm ve projeleri planlamak/ uygular
•Tanımlı bölgesinde hedefleme ve segmentasyonu üst düzeyde uygulayarak, bölge analizleriylebirlikte kilit kurumları da dahil edecek şekilde iş planı yapılmasını destekler
•Rekabetçi bir yaklaşım tarzının sergilenerek buna yönelik stratejilerin geliştirrir

•Üniversitelerin 4 yıllık bölümlerinden mezun olunması
•B sınıfı ehliyet sahibi olma
•Max 3 yıl tecrübe
•ÜTT Sertifikası'nın bulunması (Tecrübeli adaylar için)
