Pfizer Futures
Pfizer Futures is Pfizer’s paid summer internship program for undergraduate students who want hands on experience at a global biopharmaceutical company. As a Pfizer Futures intern, you’ll work on real projects that matter, collaborate with teams across the business, and see how your work connects to improving patients’ lives. In addition to day to day project work, the program offers mentorship, professional development sessions, and opportunities to connect with other interns across Pfizer. Pfizer Futures is designed to help you explore career paths, build practical skills, and gain meaningful experience that sets you up for future early career opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for undergraduate students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a collaborative professional environment. Strong Pfizer Futures interns take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and approach their work with integrity, accountability, and respect for different perspectives. We value students who enjoy working with others, take pride in doing quality work, and are excited to contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact. Prior industry experience isn’t required, we’re just as interested in your potential, mindset, and willingness to grow.
