(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Pfizer today declared a 29-cent third-quarter, 2007, dividend on the company's common stock, payable September 5, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2007
Pfizer increased its quarterly dividend to 29 cents in the first quarter of 2007 as part of a series of actions the company is taking to enhance shareholder value.
The third-quarter 2007 cash dividend will be the 275th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer, and 2007 marks the 40th consecutive year of quarterly dividend increases for Pfizer shareholders.
