ABOUT COLLEAGUE SERVICES
A team focused on driving operational excellence and creating a work environment in which we can all thrive. GBS Colleague Services creates a seamless HR experience throughout the entire colleague journey at Pfizer – from recruitment to retirement. The team ensures that all colleagues are supported in their HR experience and have clear avenues to get questions answered, easily complete HR processes, while providing best in class colleague solutions.
Comprised of five core teams including:
- Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting and onboarding;
- Core HR Services which leads global HR process post onboarding;
- GBS Services Interaction Model team develops and manages the design and delivery of how colleagues get questions answered efficiently;
- Colleague Services Experience and Enablement team delivers education for the regional Colleague Services teams and works to continuously improve the user experience;
- Business Process Design, Data Management and Solutions team manages the GBS Colleague Services portfolio of technology solutions including business process design, reporting and governance.
The Colleague Services teams are primarily based in these locations:
