Apoyar la Gerencia de Learning & Development (Entrenamiento) en:
Promover el posicionamiento de L&D, generando infografías para comunicar el impacto de training en la organización – Crear y/o dar seguimiento a campañas de comunicación de L&D.
Llenado de formatos con data, Analizar la data generada por L&D (delivery), y extraer insights relevantes para el equipo.
Brindar soporte logístico en la implementación y seguimiento de las agendas de entrenamiento a FV para lanzamientos de marca o Programas de Habilidades
Brindar apoyo al TM para mantener vigentes y aprobados los materiales de entrenamiento locales en Brands (GCMA- MEL ) – Apoyo offline identificando fuentes o realizando modificaciones a materiales bajo instrucción del TM
IV. RESPONSABILIDADES –
- Apoyo al desarrollo y/o seguimiento a campaña de comunicación L&D Andean y coordinación con LatAm
- Actualización de agenda de entrenamiento y calendarización de programas across Categorías/ Bus.
- Soporte Operacional en el llenado y análisis de formatos de información , data solicitada por EM
- Soporte en el diseño y actualización de los Sharepoints de las marcas, para la comunicación constante con los CFCs
- Apoyo en el desarrollo de recursos didácticos utilizando la gamificación para actividades de entrenamiento (Lanzamientos o destrezas de Ventas)
- Edición de videos/sesiones grabadas en pequeñas cápsulas de refuerzo (si aplica)
- Brindar soporte en el desarrollo de Diseño Instruccional y colaboración con el equipo L&D local para la gestión y creación de actividades de entrenamiento en MEL (soporte en la generación y seguimiento de tickets)
