- Deep understanding of corporate finance, compliance, and procurement policies; lead risk assessment and management activities
- Collaborate with business units and support teams (Legal, Procurement, Compliance, etc.) to implement policies and procedures
- Manage third-party transaction reviews (POs and EPAYs), optimize approval processes
- Responsible for optimizing and implementing internal work instructions and checkpoints
- Handle payment settlements for identified transacations
- Support budget control projects, design and maintain related systems
- Manage corporate credit card processes and respond to employee inquiries
- Oversee PO execution and handover for departing employees
- Manage medical book application processes and data maintenance
