What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources.
Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work.
Resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options, guided by policies in non-standard situations.
Work independently on assignments, receiving instruction on unusual or complex problems.

Manage economic research studies for clinical trials, evaluating the economic value of products and therapies.
Inform product portfolio decisions, marketing strategies, reimbursement plans, and regulatory submissions through research insights.
Collaborate with product reimbursement and clinical research teams to enhance strategies and programs.
Guide operational teams in project management, resource forecasting, and identifying areas for improvement in products, processes, or services.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in Health Economics and Outcome Research (HEOR) and relevant related fields
Deep understanding of global drug development, outcomes research, and COA instrument development
High learning agility to quickly grasp broad disease knowledge among Pfizer products
Strong process and project management skills
Excellent analytical abilities to draw meaningful insights
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
Advanced degree in a related field
Experience with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) related regulations and policies
Proven track record of producing publications to disseminate study findings in scientific channels
Ability to oversee the evaluation, retention, and management of a global network of COA instrument developers, databases, translators, technology providers, and contract organizations
Experience in developing strategic plans to assess and communicate the economic burden of diseases and key value drivers.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Innovative mindset to drive the advancement of new methodologies and concepts
