Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Planning & Forecasting:
- Responsible for the revenue forecast and landing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness for total China Region.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for revenue streams.
- Business Analysis & Insights:
- Provide in-depth analysis of revenue performance, trends, and variances.
- Deliver actionable insights that support decision-making and operational improvement.
- Operating Plan & Performance Monitoring:
- Ensure completeness and timeliness of the operating plan process for total China Region.
- Track key performance metrics and monitor business performance against targets for total China Region.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare variance analysis reports and closing packages with high data integrity.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the revenue reporting for total China Region.
- Maintain system master data and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with FBPs and business on revenue-related projects.
- Partner with commercial teams to support business initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems (SAP BI, Hyperion Planning preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Experience in a multinational environment; pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
