Diagnostic Programs and Patient Support Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating with cross-functional areas and vendors to implement key tactics and activities for diagnostic and patient support programs. Will identify opportunities to improve patient experience and optimize access to an early diagnostic, generating value proposals that benefit program performance.
Will develop strategies and clear content based on analysis of the medical environment and patient needs, achieving growth and success of the programs and preparing new launches.
Responsibilities
Implement new diagnostic technologies and methodologies to improve the accuracy and speed of diagnoses, aligned with the need to obtain results in a timely manner.
Coordinate with medical and marketing areas to develop agendas and content for diagnostic programs.
Follow up with the vendors on telemarketing, lodging, and transportation for activities related to the programs.
Develop diagnostic content and informational materials of the programs.
Manage logistics for events, workshops, and educational content aimed at healthcare professionals.
Guarantee proper investment and control of the budget assigned to the programs.
Ensure correct execution of plans and phases for diagnostic and patient support programs.
Perform monthly follow-up on key indicators and implement strategies to achieve program coverage and success (event closures, invoicing, results).
Reinforce program strategies in monthly sessions with involved teams.
Conduct monthly visits to laboratories and diagnostic centers.
Participate in training sessions on tools and processes for the programs
Act as the champion for the omnichannel plan for diagnostic and patient support programs.
Responsible for the content management and administration of the Pfizer Conmigo, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Oversee and upload digital assets in GCMA.

Degree in Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Health Management, clinical diagnostics.
At least 1 year pharmaceutical experience
