What You Will Achieve
- Design, plan, and execute biostatistical components for research and development projects.
- Provide guidance and lead/co-lead moderately complex projects, managing time and resources effectively.

- Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, develop new options, and operate independently in ambiguous situations.

- Participate in research on statistical methodology and its applications relevant to Pfizer's business needs.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong statistical knowledge through coursework or practical application in general linear models, mixed models, non-linear models, experimental design, variance components, and quality control
- Proven ability to create computational tools for data visualization and work with modern multi-dimensional genomic data technologies
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to write technical reports
- Familiarity with International Conference on Harmonization guidance and pharmacopoeia monographs
- Experience in a regulated scientific environment, demonstrating statistical expertise
- Ability to prepare both internal and external reports, presentations, and manuscripts
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience providing statistical support to clinical studies in Oncology
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies and their applications in clinical research
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop new options in non-standard situations
