In onze productieafdelingen worden grondstoffen omgevormd tot afgevulde medicijnen. Het product doorloopt hierbij verschillende productiestappen (wegen, formulatie, preparatie, vullen, vriesdrogen, cappen, inspectie, opslag en transport). Bij alle stappen streeft productie naar de hoogste graad van operationele uitmuntendheid. Verder in het productieproces zal het medicijn nog van een label voorzien en verpakt worden om vervolgens via de distributieketen tot bij onze patiënt te geraken. Je komt in een cultuur terecht waarbij ownership een essentieel kenmerk is. We willen vandaag uitblinken maar al denken aan morgen en daar proactief op inspelen. De functie Team Leader Maintenance situeert zich binnen de hoogtechnologische productie afdeling Syringe Cell 2. Dit is een volledig geïntegreerde farmaceutische productie afdeling waar inspuitbare geneesmiddelen worden afgevuld, geautoclaveerd en geïnspecteerd. Syringe Plant Cell 2 is een afdeling waar een hoge graad van automatisatie aanwezig is. Bij alle stappen streeft onze productie naar de hoogste graad van operationele uitmuntendheid.
Binnen deze afdeling hebben komen volgende technologieën aan bod: preparatie, filling, inspectie & terminale sterilisatie.
Als Team Leader Maintenance ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren van het machinepark binnen de afdeling. Je behartig hierbij zowel proactief als reactief onderhoud en bent een key persoon in de organisatie van PM’s en pitstops. Als leidinggevende van het maintenance team staat het resultaat van het team boven alles. Je bent in staat om op technisch vlak mee te denken en je team te challengen om tot de best mogelijke oplossingen te komen.
Je staat in voor de optimale werking van het machinepark
Preventief onderhoud plannen en uitvoeren met uw team van techniekers
Aanspreekpunt voor projecten binnen en buiten je eigen afdeling
Verbeteringen van het equipment voorstellen, plannen en opvolgen (intern en met externe leveranciers)
Kennissysteem opbouwen: je zorgt voor het documenteren van kennis mbt het equipment en helpt mee in de doorvertaling naar productie

Je genoot een technische opleiding als Ingenieur of Industriële Bachelor of gelijk door ervaring
5+ jaar ervaring in een operationele en/of onderhoudssetting.
Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, grondige basis van het Engels
Je bent communicatief en sociaal vaardig
Je haalt energie uit het coachen van mensen
Je beschikt over een kritisch denkvermogen en bent in staat om gedetailleerd te werken
Nice to have is ervaring in vergelijkbare functie (farmaceutische sector, leidinggevend functie,…) en een GMP - aseptische omgeving

De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen.
De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's.
Met het gebruik van twee windturbines, zonnepanelen en een warmtekrachtcentrale richten we ons op hernieuwbare energie.
