ROLE SUMMARY
The CFC Reporting & Mobile Product Lead role directly reports to the CFC & Marketing CRM Portfolio Products Lead within the Global Commercial Excellence & Enablement organization in the Chief Marketing Office (CMO).
This role carries a dual mandate:
1. International CFC Reporting Product Lead— Coordinating with Global Commercial Analytics to create a single, governed International CFC Reporting product roadmap, and enabling a seamless transition to the new CFC Engagement Platform (Lifescience Cloud) in 2026 and beyond
2. Mobile Product Leadership (CFC messaging) leveraging the multi year mobile messaging strategy to optimize the channels (SMS, WhatsApp Business API), drive AI assisted messaging and in app guidance, and deliver operational excellence across U.S. and International portfolios. Messaging platforms include US SMS, WhatsApp Business, LineWorks, Zalo and emerging mobile engagement capabilities—across more than 40 markets.
- The Product Lead will provide end to end product strategy, governance, investment prioritization, and operational delivery across both domains, anchored in measurable outcomes
- This position leads cross-functional teams, working closely with CMO, Digital, Legal/Compliance, and local markets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
CFC Reporting – Product Strategy & Governance
Integrate a single governed International CFC reporting technology roadmap with Global Commercial Analytics, ensuring coordination and alignment with the U.S. roadmap and decision forums
Integrate future‑state CFC reporting capabilities and develop a coordinated transition plan to the CFC Engagement Platform (LSC) where needed
Coordinate CFC Engagement Program reporting domains (e.g., Global Activity Types) with key milestones and prioritized use cases in partnership with the CFC Program Analytics, Data & taxonomy workstream lead
Run an integrated governance mode, cadence, artifacts, decision logs and coordinate broad stakeholder communication and decision socialization
Mobile (CFC messaging) Product Leadership
Lead and define a multi year messaging strategy in collaboration with enterprise architecture, covering channel mix, CPaaS architecture, AI use cases, data & privacy, and regional rollout plans
Support markets with 2-way messaging in BAU status with a focus on optimization with quality, compliance, and measurable outcomes
Accelerate Pfizer AI use cases tied to messaging and content operations
Define and maintain reporting & ROI: regular tracking via PBI dashboard and C360
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA Required
10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5+ years of experience in managing diverse/global teams
Experience in leading complex, large-scale business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable teams to achieve business objectives
Minimum 10 years experience demonstrating an ability to carry out process excellent, knowledge management and project management
Leading and understanding of agile ways of working and product development lifecycle
Navigating healthcare data landscape at scale
Deep understanding and passion for sales CRM surrounding ecosystem
Experience in working with engineering teams in designing scalable architecture that meets the needs of customer facing colleagues
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, enabling seamless connection across the different teams involved and the complex multi-market environments
Excellent interpersonal skills and working in a matrixed environment
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality
Demonstrated business acumen strong analytical skills and mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred
In-market or regional/global experience leading CFC reporting product and / or mobile messaging at a top 20 pharmaceutical company
Expertise in CFC reporting and / or mobile messaging platforms (SMS, WhatsApp Business API, app messaging), data integration, and technical workflows
Strong product management capabilities including OKR management, delivery, roadmap ownership, and vendor management
