职责范围：
灯检：对冻干产品进行全面外观检查，包括但不限于：
- 冻干粉状态（颜色、形态、回溶等）
- 胶塞、铝盖、玻璃瓶完整性
- 异物及外观缺陷
- 按规定对缺陷产品进行分类记录，并在批记录中完整填写灯检数据。
- 确保灯检过程中批次隔离，防止混批。
- 进行批前/批后清场及状态标识管理。
- 在灯检过程中发现异常（如超限缺陷、疑似异常趋势）时及时上报。
包装： 按照批包装记录执行贴签、装盒、装箱及相关包装操作，熟练操作设备并解决故障。
- 确保包装材料使用正确，包括标签、说明书、小盒及外箱。
- 检查包装质量，至少包括：
- 标签内容正确、打印清晰
- 标签粘贴位置正确
- 小盒及说明书配置完整
- 批号、生产日期、有效期信息正确
- 外箱数量及标签信息准确按规定执行包装过程中的中控检查及取样要求。
- 完成包装批记录填写。
任职要求：大专及以上学历（制药、化工、生物等相关专业优先）
- 能适应倒班工作
- 熟悉GMP基本要求
- 熟悉灯检缺陷分类（关键/主要/次要
- 具备基本质量意识和偏差识别能力
特殊要求：
- 视力正常，无色盲、色弱（灯检岗位必要条件），裸眼≥4.9，矫正≥5.0
