目的
为了安全、及时、保质保量的完成各种生产任务，在符合公司质量标准，国家药品、食品质量标准、安全及劳动法规条件下，参加各类注册产品的生产。
在管理人员的支持下完成生产操作工序改进
职责范围
一. 生产运行
根据相关标准操作规程（SOP）及批生产记录的要求完成产品生产工作。根据数据完整性要求填写岗位日志，批记录及其它文件记录并遵守DI要求。
二. 产品质量控制
准守药品生产质量管理规范（GMP）要求及公司总部辉瑞质量标准（PQS）要求，所有操作按标准操作规程执行，使产品质量得到有效保证。
三. 设备维护与管理
对生产设备进行有效的日常清洁、维护、操作，使设备有效运行，并确保设备在校验有效期内使用。
四. 安全与卫生
为了保证生产的安全进行，保证生产现场清洁卫生，符合国家及公司合规要求，遵守相应的管理措施。
五. 新产品、新设备与新工艺
为保证新产品、新设备与新工艺顺利实施，参与新产品试制和新设备的调试。
六. 团队精神
为了完成团队共同目标，团结其它员工，认真进行交接班，及时报告偏差。
七. 员工纪律
遵守相关的员工守则，服从工作安排。
八. 遵守公司有关环境、健康、安全（EHS）相关政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作
九. 确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求
十. 协助生产管理人员对新员工进行岗位培训
十一. 协助日常验证及新验证项目的实施
十二. 对相关生产文件及SOP的审阅及修订提出建议
十三. 完成主管分配的其它工作
任职要求
1. 教育程度/经验:
l 中专具有2-4年药品生产操作经验、大专具有2年以内药品生产操作经验。
2. 特别知识
l 制药行业GMP知识
l 微生物基础知识
l 个人卫生行为规范
l 洁净更衣行为规范
l 无菌及洁净室行为规范
l 环境监测及人员检查基础知识
l 消毒和灭菌操作知识
l 英语和计算机基础知识
l 其它国家药品法规，劳动法、环保法等
3. 技能：
l 洁净区更衣
l 洁净区操作及无菌药品操作
l 熟练操作生产设备
l 灭菌物料的存放及使用
l 洁净区卫生操作
l 物料进入洁净区
l 协调、沟通能力、分析判断能力及团队合作能力
l 基本的语言表达文字书写能力
