工作职责:
1.制订并执行KA客户在区域内的年度销售计划,完成KA客户的年度销售目标,完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务;
2. 协助所负责的KA客户对年度投入进行费用测算,确保按照年度分解指标实现销售业绩;按合作计划约定跟进落实KA客户重点分部及门店市场活动及相关培训开展,实现定期拜访并及时反馈/建议;
3.按照月度管理KA客户销售产品的数据整理及测算,做好沟通反馈,确保数据详实准确;
4.跟踪KA客户进销存数据,及时进行分析,向管理层和销售团队提供有价值的数据信息;
5.审核所负责KA客户的陈列协议,费用控制在预算内;
6.协调公司总部在KA客户开展的合作项目,做好项目的推进及协调沟通工作,提升客户的数据安全性;
7. 监控和分析市场发展趋势,挖掘区域市场机会,为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议;
8. 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动,合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程,确保其真实有效地开展;
9. 熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策,必要情况下可根据公司的要求,与相关职能部门合作,参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作;
10. 建立和保持有效沟通系统,定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展,与NKA团队及其他部门建立协作关系;
11. 为制订和修改销售相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议,以实现高效率的销售运作;
12. 支持公司的各项创新举措,主动探索创新的机会和方法;
13. 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
任职要求:
教育:
大学本科及以上学历,医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业优先。
工作经验:
外部应聘者需3年或以上制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验。
有2年以上销售管理经验或KA客户管理经验者优先。
技能:
良好的中英文表达、写作能力和办公软件操作技能。
具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。
具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。
具备较强的沟通,计划,组织和问题解决能力。
具有较强的团队合作意识。
具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。
善于自我激励,自我挑战和管理压力。
