制定全年各治疗领域各区域的准入战略及目标,支持各区域准入目标执行及达成。
· 负责提前监测、跟踪、梳理各省医保/卫生/招标等政策及趋势,结合公司及各治疗领域(AI/ONC/AD)业务战略目标,分析各省政策及其对业务发展的影响,全方位整合关键信息,提前提供区域政策分析和政策建议,以加强塑造各省良好的政策环境。
· 结合公司业务战略,针对性不同治疗领域(AI/ONC/AD),负责制定区域市场准入战略并跟进执行,支持各区域准入目标的达成。以不断促进医疗保障、合理用药、诊疗规范等政策的健全和完善,不断提升患者对辉瑞创新药的可及性和可负担性,支持业务在各省的可持续增长。
规划和搭建跨区域政策平台,优化外部政策和准入环境。
· 制定跨区域政策平台总体规划,整合、优化、设计项目,与医保/卫生/研究机构等部门合作并建立战略伙伴关系,推动跨区域开展政策交流,优化外部政策和准入环境。
· 积极参与医药行业的各项活动,通过RDPAC和其他协会组织的有效平台,为行业和公司发展创造有益的外部环境。
与内外部客户及相关部门紧密合作,协调区域市场准入策略和项目有效实施。
· 与销售/市场/MA/HA等团队紧密合作,达成区域准入策略和目标共识,整合资源协调区域市场准入策略和项目有效实施。
· 定期组织内部政策和案例交流,协助提升区域准入团队的准入洞察、研判及执行解决能力,以更好达成准入目标。
· 严格遵行公司各项合规政策和流程,确保在合规的前提下完成公司分配的各项工作。
任职条件
本科以上学历,医学、药学、公共卫生,管理等相关专业优先
5年以上医药行业工作经验
大型外企安全运营、准入相关工作或销售地区经理2年以上优先。
有商业合作项目管理经验优先。
具有与关键利益相关者密切合作,保持良好合作关系的丰富经验
具备良好的政策敏感度和较强的学习、分析、写作能力、战略思维、大客户管理能力。

判断和解决问题能力:根据具体情况做出判断,并解决问题
