Responsibilities Overview
零售代表,全面负责区域内终端门店管理工作,核心职责包括推动重点门店的销量目标达成,通过定期拜访了解市场需求,深化终端合作;同时,负责组织店员及药师的培训与教育工作,以提升疾病专业认知,共同确保区域市场目标的实现。
Main Tasks
1. 完成区域重点门店销量目标
a) 负责辖区内零售目标门店的产品可及,持续保持有竞争力的市场份额
b) 掌握管理门店的产品进销存,避免供给不足的情况发生
c) 通过数据分析发现管理门店的生意机会,不断给患者提供更优质的产品
2. 定期门店拜访覆盖
a) 做好管理门店的拜访工作,及时了解门店反馈的市场需求,并提出合理化建议反馈给上级经理
b) 推进管理门店产品的铺货、上架、陈列等标准动作的执行,定期跟进公司合作项目的市场反馈
3. 门店店员及药师教育
a) 努力提升管理门店药师疾病专业知识
b) 推进管理门店药师积极参与公司提供的专业化教育项目
4. 监控和分析市场发展趋势,挖掘区域市场机会,为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议。
5. 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动,合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程,确保其真实有效地开展。
6. 建立和保持有效沟通,定期与上级经理汇报工作进展,与其他部门建立协作关系。
7. 为制订和修改销售相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议,以实现高效率的销售运作。
8. 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
Job Requirements
· 教育:
大专及以上学历,医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业优先
· 工作经验:
外部应聘者需1年或以上制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验
快消、药品零售行业销售经验者优先
· 技能:
u 良好的沟通表达、写作能力和办公软件操作技能。
u 具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。
u 具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。
u 具备较强的沟通,计划,组织和问题解决能力。
u 具有较强的团队合作意识。
u 具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。
u 善于自我激励,自我挑战和管理压力。
· 诚信:
