Introduction
Pfizer is seeking a pragmatic, knowledgeable and forward-thinking Omnichannel Content Design & Digitalization to bring engagement campaigns to life in Italy. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our content creation with particular focus on digitalization approval and delivery.
Working closely with local Marketers and Omnichannel Marketing team, you will combine creative intelligence, editorial precision, and GenAI fluency to digitalize approve and deliver messaging, visuals, and formats.
The candidate will report to the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Lead in the Country management organization and will be coordinated by the Content Excellence coordinator.

Join a local team of Omnichannel Content Design & Digitalization working in agile in synergy with local Omnichannel Project Managers
Primary Responsibilities
Content digitalization/publishing on Content Management System
Support the medical review approval workflow by creating projects, completing metadata, managing anchoring and all requirements
UX design (email, website, etc.) in line with brand and compliance guidelines
Graphic design for banners supporting marketing communications and paid media
Video editing for video creation and adjustments
Collaborate with Omnichannel Project Managers on editorial planning, ticketing, and delivery, ensuring production and approval SLAs
Apply Content Excellence best practices and contribute to documenting learnings and local guidelines
Leverage approved generative AI tools to accelerate production and adaptations, in compliance with company policies
What You Offer
Basic Qualifications:
Leverage approved generative AI tools to accelerate production and adaptations, in compliance with company policies
· Extensive experience 4-5 y in similar roles in a complex, cross-BU, regulated environment
· Working knowledge of Italian Healthcare System is nice to have
Hard skills
Advanced proficiency in CMS platforms and web components (eg Wordpress, Adobe Experience)
Advanced proficiency in UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
Strong familiarity in CRM / Marketing Technology ecosystems (eg. Salesforce Marketing)
Strong familiarity with approval workflows, including ticketing and workflow management
Strong familiarity graphic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
Foundational skills in motion and video editing
Ability to write and adapt non‑scientific copy aligned with key messages and brand narratives
Strong familiarity with generative and workflows AI tools
Soft skills
Strong attention to detail, content quality, and reusability.
Results‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement; ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines.
Cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and Insights teams, supported by clear and effective communication.
Curiosity for emerging technologies and a proactive approach to controlled experimentation
Embeds compliance as part of the organizational culture
Fluency in written and spoken English; Italian mother tongue
