职责概述
通过和中央市场部产品组和大区销售管理团队的紧密合作,根据区域市场的发展趋势,整合各方信息,挖掘市场机会,制定和执行大区产品推广策略和活动计划,优化客户体系及业务模式,提升大区专业推广能力,从而帮助大区达成或超越各项业务目标。
主要工作和任务
1、整合分析区域市场信息,掌握区域市场动态和趋势,承接中央市场部的策略,制定有大区特色的推广策略和活动计划,并根据外部政策环境的变化,分析对大区业务的影响,及时提供建议。
2、跟进评估区域推广活动的执行(频率和质量),合理分配和控制各项资源,持续提升推广效率。
3、发展和管理区域关键客户,搭建并持续优化合作平台,提升品牌影响力。
4、通过组织培训,或与MICS和DM协访/共访,指导并落实产品策略执行和产品信息传递。
5、负责沟通和协调中央市场部项目的执行,对项目的进展和效果提供反馈和建议。
6、及时向中央市场部提供区域市场动态,大客户反馈等信息以便中央市场部规划或调整市场策略。
7、在公司政策的指引下申请,筹备和组织相关的内外部会议和活动,汇总并及时反馈各类信息。有效管理会议和活动的流程,确保其真实有效地开展。
8、制定并执行团队的产品知识和专业技能发展计划,提高团队的专业化推广的能力。
9、主动探索业务创新机会,引领区域的创新项目,推动成功模式复制。
10、完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
任职要求
教育:大学专科及以上学历,医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业优先。
技能:
熟练使用MS Office,英语良好。
具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。
具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。
具备较强的沟通,计划,组织和问题解决能力。
具备较强的团队合作意识。
具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。
善于自我激励,自我挑战和管理压力。
经验:
至少3年制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验,具备符合合规要求的优秀的业绩记录。
有市场或销售管理经验者优先。
诚信:
能够严格管理自己的行为,确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律,包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信,保持真实透明,在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。
