In June 2023, LITFULO was approved to treat severe alopecia areata for ages 12+, and achieved #1 prescribed status in 2025 being the second JAK to launch in market.
In 2026, there will be fierce competition within the JAK category for severe alopecia areata, with the expected launch of RINVOQ. The Consumer Senior Marketing Manager will be integral to the LITFULO marketing team in delivering excellence in its third year in market and beyond.

This is a tremendous opportunity for a marketer to support and lead several bold initiatives across consumer marketing, and demonstrate significant leadership across the marketing and cross functional team.
The LITFULO Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the consumer marketing director(s) for alopecia areata. This will include unbranded and branded campaign and messaging development, assets production, strategy and tactical development, and media planning. The Marketing Manager will also have opportunities to lead specific tactics including finance reconciliation, patient advocacy partnerships, and digital marketing tactics.
This position will report to the US LITFULO Lead.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support Consumer director in the development and execution best in class consumer campaign, messaging, media planning, and strategy
• Lead the execution of various consumer assets including patient ambassador recruitment, patient testimonial shoots, display and social ad development, and print collateral.
• Support Consumer Director in budget tracking and reconciliation for consumer as well as invoice tracking
• Partner with Corporate Affairs on celebrity/influencer activation
• Support development and execution of insights-driven, long and short-term patient strategy and tactics.
• Support media strategy, budget and plan across omnichannel ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify ways to improve cohesion across customers.
• Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to elevate and amplify approach.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of broad pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 2 years of US
marketing experience to include video/still productions, digital and social ad development and content strategy.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally
• Proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstration of strategic and tactical marketing capabilities with proven creative and analytical skills.
• Strong team player
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in dermatology Rx category
• Prior experience with campaign launch
• High learning agility and ability to strategically think through ambiguity and change.
• Excellent analytic and problem solving and planning capabilities.
• Track record of operating in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Strong business acumen with proven communication skills for a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to work in white space (without road map), detail oriented, action driven and creative mindset.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
