We are seeking a highly strategic and business-savvy Paid Media & Booth Manager to lead our paid traffic acquisition and offline touchpoint initiatives for prescription drugs (in Weight Management). This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics (SEM/Feeds), booth activation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven rigor with project management excellence to optimize ROI while ensuring brand integrity and adherence to industry guidelines.

1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Manage media budgets and pacing to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and collaborate closely with the "Social Media " team to maximize content impact.

2. Booth Activation & Event Management
展台策划与活动管理
Oversee the planning and execution of booths for conferences, patient education events, etc., ensuring designs align with visual identity and are interactive. Design booth traffic diversion mechanisms to effectively convert offline traffic into online digital assets.

3. Compliance & Business Acumen
合规与商业敏锐度
Navigate strict pharmaceutical advertising regulations to ensure all paid creatives (images/videos/landing pages) pass Medical, Legal, Compliance and related review.
严格遵守医药广告法规,确保所有付费素材(图片/视频/落地页)通过医学、法律和合规等审核。
Qualifications
任职要求
5+ years in digital marketing or media buying, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceuticals or highly regulated industries.
5年以上数字营销或媒介购买经验,有医药/ healthcare行业或强监管领域经验者优先。
Proven track record in managing large-scale booth activations or offline roadshows.

Familiarity with prescription drug digital business models.
