JOB SUMMARY:
负责产品在第三方电商平台的(包含B2C和O2O平台)的整体运营,并通过合作深度挖掘电商平台价值,支持业务的需求,实现业务创新;通过电商平台的能力强化辉瑞品牌价值,提升药品可及性,优化患者服务;协调内外部资源,合理规划运营方案,确保投入产出合理性;洞察行业和市场变化,清晰运营数据,布局医药电商合作生态。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、 负责产品在第三方电商平台的(包含B2C和O2O平台)销售目标制定与销售运营:依据品牌的销售策略制定线上营销策略,结合市场分析与自身分析,主导制定线上运营策略并主导与制订月度的销售计划,能够协调调动关键资源(如供应链、资金、公司内部配合等)并明确预算、资源分配,能够针对市场变化及时做出灵活的反应,确保销售目标的达成;
2、 深度挖掘电商平台可以提供的平台价值,能够通过外部电商平台的合作及其关联资源的能力更多支持业务需求,把握网络市场的整体趋势和发展动向,完成创新相关的电商平台的策略和执行,例如医生教育、患者教育、患者管理、创新支付等。
3、 负责持续提升产品的线上品牌价值和竞争力,如产品结构优化,挖掘潜力产品,提升产品竞争力,提升产品份额等;
4、 负责各电商渠道产品价格维护、检查和监督,并上报公司,使公司能够得到准确的市场信息及执行情况;
5、 负责各电商平台活动有效性评估及推广费用的分析,费用控制在预算内
6、 负责完成电商平台的数据分析和整理,及时跟进和反馈数据,收集、整理相关市场信息,包括平台动态、竞争动态等,进行有效分析并整理成相应格式的汇报文档,为公司业务创新开拓提供平台和数据支持;
7、 负责重要大型平台活动的项目管理:主导大型平台活动的项目(包含618、双11、疾病日等)启动,计划管理,项目总结;
8、 洞察行业和市场变化,通过电商平台能力产生创新的解决方案,应对突发事件,并能
够快速落地执行和持续跟进;
9、 负责电商平台的关系维护:负责平台运营沟通与关系维护,争取平台资源,更好促进辉瑞与平台的合作与发展; Customer Engagement,运营等
10、 负责协调相关内部各团队,支持完成电商运营所需的内部资源整合和完成内部流程,确保电商运营合规性;
11、 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作;
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1、 本科及以上学历,市场营销及医药相关专业优先;
2、 3年以上电商运营经验,7-10年以上互联网或医药行业工作经验;
3、 强执行力,能够快速反应快速执行;
4、 具有良好的品牌营销策划能力和市场洞察能力,
5、 具备较强的项目运营能力和统筹能力,能够预知风险并管理项目风险;
6、 精通熟悉医药类网站、专题策划、网络推广及运营工作方法
7、 了解医药行业相关管理法律法规、合规要求和管理规范;
8、 敢于突破,勇于创新,并能不懈努力,整合多方资源和方法实现目标;
9、 具备强烈的成就动机、较强的执行力、良好的计划和时间管理能力;
10、 具备良好的沟通技巧,能承担压力;
11、 较强的市场洞察能力、对新知识、技术和工具有热情,能快速适应变化。
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
1、 有管理团队经验优先;
2、 有出色的口头和书面沟通能力以及演讲和引导技巧
3、 有英文读写能力和口语表达能力;
4、 强大的人际交往能力和影响力,以及沟通技巧
5、 能通过技术解决方案来管理项目,包括适当的 Microsoft Office 程序(即 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Project、Visio)和 SharePoint。
