La Business Unit Speciality Care regroupe le département des Maladies Rares, structuré autour de trois aires thérapeutiques :
Neurologie/Cardiologie, avec l’amylose à transthyrétine,
Hématologie, incluant l’hémophilie et la drépanocytose,
Endocrinologie, couvrant le retard de croissance et l’acromégalie.
Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les responsables marketing en endocrinologie (Hormones de croissance et Acromégalie), ainsi qu’avec l’équipe cross-fonctionnelle Speciality Care. Vos missions seront variées et stimulantes : vous soutiendrez les responsables marketing dans leurs activités quotidiennes, en contribuant activement à l’avancement des projets en cours.
Le portefeuille comprend trois produits à des stades de développement différents : deux produits matures et un récemment lancé. Cette diversité vous permettra d’explorer des problématiques spécifiques à chaque médicament, en lien avec son cycle de vie, et d’acquérir une vision globale du marketing pharmaceutique.
Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :
Création de supports promotionnels (print & digital) à destination des professionnels de santé, en collaboration avec les agences et les équipes internes.
Organisation d’événements (réunions internes, formations, webinaires, workshops) et participation à des congrès nationaux.
Veille concurrentielle : analyse des tendances du marché, benchmark des concurrents, suivi des innovations thérapeutiques.
Contribution aux plans de formation des équipes.
Collaboration avec le pôle Patient Advocacy et les associations de patients.
Suivi de projets transverses avec les équipes médicales, réglementaires, accès au marché et affaires publiques.
Prérequis :
Formation de niveau Bac +5 sciences de la vie ou santé avec une spécialisation marketing.
Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral).
Idéalement une première expérience en laboratoire pharmaceutique (stage ou alternance).
Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction.
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomie.
Intérêt marqué pour la gestion de projet et le travail en équipe dans un environnement transversal et dynamique.
