工作职责
- 和客户建立良好关系,维持公司形象。
- 与内部同事和外部客户保持密切联系,以合规合法的方式达成公司指标
- 与区域管理层协商、建立并维护区域目标,以确保执行恰当的和有计划的行动。
- 使用高效的沟通技巧,包括计划,有效的开场,学术展示和答疑,问题收集和有效的结束沟通。
- 负责了解相关领域和产品的最新动态,并将此信息传达给医生和同事。
- 在合规政策指导下,开展和组织学术会议和活动。
- 利用市场数据,调整推广策略以达成公司指标。
- 安排必要的学习和专业认证的时间,不在区域工作时,需要学习医学知识、产品知识和公司政策,以及学习如何保护公司的物资、器材和各种记录。

任职资格
1. 基本要求:
- 大专及以上学历
- 一年以上医学信息推广经验
- 敏锐的洞察力

- 高效的沟通能力和团队合作精神
