Forbes looked at the companies which are most-liked by women workers, and took representation and board and executive level into account, as well as initiatives to improve gender equity. We were delighted to make the list.

We recognize that courage, excellence, and joy are only possible when we ensure that all Pfizer colleagues feel seen, heard and respected for who they are. That’s why we are so proud to be recognized by Forbes as #43 on the Forbes Best Employers for Women List, which was compiled by surveying 50,000 Americans, including 30,000 women, working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees.
World’s Best Employers 2021
This survey by Forbes and market research company Statista involved 150,000 full-time and part-time workers around the world who work for multinational organizations. They were asked to rate how willing they were to recommend their own employers to friends and family. It’s a real honor to have made the list.

We’re proud of the strides we’re making in diversity, equity and inclusion. That’s why it was especially satisfying to be included in a Forbes/Statista survey which ranked the 500 employers that not only received the most recommendations, but also had the most diverse boards and executive ranks, and the most proactive diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Forbes partnered with market research company, Statista, to pinpoint organizations that are most liked by employees in the United States, and ranked them by state, based on a survey of 80,000 Americans. The surveys were based on the reflections and feelings of each company’s workforce.

This survey typically highlights pharma and biotech companies’ commitment to innovation, technology and progressive cultures. In a year like no other, 2020’s Top Employers Survey not only highlighted the best working environments, but it also gave credit to those that responded most effectively to the pandemic. Namely, by prioritizing their employees’ wellbeing. A priority of ours from the outset.
