Pfizer Among World’s Most Ethical Companies for 5th Straight Year

Over the weekend, Hollywood celebrated itself at the Academy Awards. As the celebrities and craftspeople present would likely admit, they don’t do what they do to win prizes. Everyone likes a little recognition, but that’s not the driving force behind their work.

The same holds true for Pfizer and its employees; we’re in this to make breakthroughs that change patients’ lives, not to take home trophies.

That said, we are proud to share some news: for the fifth straight year, Pfizer has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies®. This recognition from Ethisphere reflects our continued commitment to integrity, transparency, and doing what’s right for patients, partners, and society.

Ethisphere evaluates companies for how they support ethics and compliance programs across several areas including governance, training and awareness, risk assessment, third-party management, and ethical culture. Pfizer was among 138 organizations across 17 countries and 40 industries to be recognized in 2026.

Last week, we shared our 2025 Annual Report, in which our CEO Albert Bourla shared the ways we’ve strengthened our foundation and made significant progress over the past year. This recognition from Ethisphere is a great reminder that we don’t need to sacrifice our values to achieve our goals.
