Improving Chronic Pain Management

This initiative will assess the impact of a medical education-based program con-sisting of series of multimodal interventions designed to improve the clinical outcomes of patients with noci-ceptive pain, fibromyalgia, and centralized neuro-pathic-like pain that are being treated by primary care physicians at the New York University Langone Medical Center.
