Proposal

Living Tobacco Free

The goals of the project are to increase the number of patients counseled for tobacco use while in the hospital and the number of patients who are offered and receive FDA approved tobacco cessation medications. It seeks to build capacity in clinical and ancillary staff to ensure that the Living Tobacco Free Program is successfully implemented and embed throughout the hospital culture to assure long-term sustainability.
