Implementation of TelASK Quit Connection IVR System in Charleston Area Hospitals

The goal of this project is to implement an evidence-based tobacco cessation management system in all hospitals in the Charleston, South Carolina region. It aims to provide an evidence based treatment and follow-up algorithm that aligns with the Joint Commission’s new tobacco measurement set.
