- Breakthrough Fellowship Program
As part of our commitment to fostering diversity, we’ve developed this first-of-its-kind nine-year graduate program.
Our Breakthrough Fellowship Program is designed specifically to enhance our pipeline of diverse leaders. It seamlessly blends internships with employment and a fully paid scholarship to complete an MBA, MPH or MS in Statistics – culminating in an exciting, rewarding career at Pfizer.
- Digital Rotational Program
Digital is integral to so many parts of our organization – as it’s the force that drives our most exciting technological innovations and keeps us several steps ahead.
The Rotational Program gives college graduates the opportunity to rotate through various rotations approximately 6-12 months each for a period of 24 months, acquiring essential skills and knowledge along the way. The mission of this program is to accelerate the development of knowledge and skills through experiences within Pfizer Digital to find the best fit for the individual and the organization, as well as find new and innovative ways to deliver quality Information Technology solutions to Pfizer.

- Medical And Pharmacy Student Opportunities

Pfizer’s Global Supply Early Talent Program is looking for talented professionals to join our Manufacturing Site rotational program.
It’s a two-year entry-level program designed to provide recent graduates accelerated training through real world, hands-on experience associated with roles and projects needed to support the business while promoting personal and professional growth for participants. The Pfizer Worldwide Research, Development and Medical postdoctoral training program provides a unique opportunity to pursue ground-breaking research.
Typically lasting between two to four years, you’ll enhance your research and career training in a culture that’s committed to translating scientific research into impactful medicines. With over 40 postdocs at nearly a dozen company campuses, our postdoctoral fellows are able to pursue a vast range of areas, from disease biology, drug delivery and mechanisms of action, to cutting-edge computation and informatics.

Pfizer has launched the Pfizer R&D Rotational Program for promising science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) college graduates, with a focus on underrepresented minorities, refugees, African American/Black, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American, to shape the future of science and healthcare. Via six-month rotations, you’ll be immersed in different aspects of our pharmaceutical R&D business, and work with our scientists, clinicians and R&D professionals on meaningful, impactful assignments.
