The 6th Season of 'Science Will Win' Takes on Cancer

On February 4th, Pfizer observed World Cancer Day, a global effort to raise awareness of cancer and to encourage its prevention, detection, and treatment. We are on a mission to outdo cancer and make 8 breakthroughs in the fight against the disease by 2030.

It all starts with education, which is why we’re excited to announce that the new season of our award-winning flagship podcast, Science Will Win, which launched today, is tackling cancer head-on with the help of expert doctors and scientists.

Now in its sixth season, Science Will Win ranks among the top 1% of all podcasts thanks to its educational and provocative explorations of the latest in science and medicine. In season five, we explored four exciting medical technologies and provided another collection of informative, entertaining content, and season six promises to be no different.

The new season, launching today, consists of five episodes, each one focused on a different aspect of the fight against cancer. Hosted by Dr. Raven Baxter, aka Raven the Science Maven, each episode delves deep into a variety of topics within oncology and features interviews with doctors, scientists, researchers, and Pfizer colleagues who share their insights and discuss their efforts to eventually conquer cancer.

You’ll also hear from brave patients who’ve battled cancer, whose inspiring stories of resilience and hope remind us of what we’re fighting for.
