(NYSE: PFE) announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Anesthetic and Analgesic Drug Products Advisory Committee and Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Committee voted (9 to 6) in favor of approval of ALO-02 (oxycodone hydrochloride and naltrexone hydrochloride) extended-release capsules for its proposed indication, “management of pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term opioid treatment and for which alternative treatment options are inadequate.”

(NYSE:PFE) today announced results of two Phase 3 studies demonstrating the immunogenicity of TRUMENBA® (Meningococcal Group B Vaccine) against invasive meningococcal B (MnB) strains representative of prevalent strains in the U.S. and Europe. The two studies, one in adolescents and one in young adults, met all primary immunogenicity endpoints. Also, secondary data presented show that TRUMENBA demonstrated similar immune responses against ten additional MnB strains, in both adolescents and young adults.
