Cristian Simms is a member of the Pfizer Breakthrough Fellowship Program and currently serves as a Business Development Associate at Pfizer Ventures. He works closely with the Pfizer Ventures team to assess investment opportunities in innovative biotechnology companies and emerging healthcare technologies, while also supporting portfolio management activities across the firm's investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Cristian was a Health Policy Fellow at the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC). During his fellowship, he authored policy briefs and analyses covering pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) transparency reform, CMS Innovation Center models, 340B reform, and pharmaceutical supply chain legislation.

Cristian earned his B.A. from Howard University.
