The 2025 Impact Report provides an overview of Pfizer's priorities and goals related to responsible business growth, which are aimed at contributing to long-term value creation and a responsible and patient-centric business model.

This year's report focuses on Pfizer's impact in the areas of patient-centric innovation; equitable access and health system strengthening; environmental sustainability and climate action; colleague culture and development; and ethics and governance.

Highlights from the 2025 Impact Report include:

  • More than 448M patients reached in 2025 with our medicines and vaccines
  • Robust pipeline: 102 programs in development (Phase 1 through registration, as of February 3, 2026)
  • 72% of suppliers committed to science-based emission reduction targets – surpassing our 64% goal
  • Named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere for the fifth year in a row
  • Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 40.9% lower than our 2019 baseline, on track toward our 2030 target
  • Accord for a Healthier World expanded to 15 participating countries, reaching nearly 800,000 patients – four times the reach of the previous year
  • Named to Fast Company's 2025 Best Workplaces for Innovators List
  • Ranked 12th globally in Sustainability Magazine's Top 250 Most Sustainable Companies
