We integrated tools and resources into the fabric of our company’s culture through leader- led forums, town halls, meetings, broadcasts and the Pfizer Thrive app. Colleagues also received a “Wellness Day” – an extra paid day off from work to focus on health, wellbeing and whatever brings them joy and relaxation.
